AVEM Systems has over 25 years of experience in the development and administration of community, education, and public programs. Developing new work and administrative systems and strategies for community programs/projects , managing state and federally funded programs, grant/contract compliance. We have had the privilege of working with a wide range of professionals, students, families, and organizations.

On the business end of things, Avem Systems develops and helps you implement the management tools and training needed to measure your business performance and carry out all related tasks. Keeping your company competitive, organized, and productive. Avem Systems helps you increase your productivity creating better experience for your employees and customers.

Giving Back

As a service provider/contractor with the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from August 2019 to date, and through over 1.5 Million in contract awards from JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, PNC, and the Federal Government, Avem Systems has worked with over 400 Midsize and Startup businesses; as a Consultant, Technical Advisor, Trainer, Marketing Manager, Program Manager, and Web Developer.

In the last two years, Avem Systems has donated $20,000, and countless volunteer hours, to community organizations that support Youth Education and Sports, as well as, Youth, Women, and Minority Entrepreneurship.

Future Game Plan, An Education and Outreach Program

Future Game Plan is a subsidiary of Avem Systems that provides youth with the resources and information necessary to make informed decisions about their future and assists them in thoughtfully planning for that future.

Some youth are fortunate enough to have meaningful conversations with parents, teachers, and other mentors that help shape and inform the choices they will make regarding their futures. Others have not had any conversations about their futures. Many have their futures planned for them, which may or may not be a welcomed situation. As a result, many students graduate from high school without a plan for what comes next. Or with a plan they’re not quite happy with.

The Future Game Plan allows students/youth the opportunity to gain knowledge about topics they may not have discussed with their families, teachers, or mentors. Provides resources for understanding what to expect when you’re applying for colleges, understanding the various options for attending college, and options for those who want to immediately join the workforce or start their own business.

Future Game Plan Academy:

Explores options available to youth planning their life after high school

Provides a step by step system for developing effective easy to follow goal plans to keep them organized.

Guides youth through the steps of choosing a major, going to college and getting financial aid

Provides personal stories, through video, from industry professionals, professional athletes, and current college students.
