AVEM Systems has over 20 years of experience in education development and learning theory, and in teaching and training adults, staff, and students. We specialize in both formal and informal education systems and program development.
We provide Corporate Training, develop On Boarding Processes and Management Systems, facilitate Professional Development, and provide Grant Writing and Proposal Services, In addition to our Business Systems and Services, we provide Employee and Student Assessments and Evaluations, and Develop Education Programs and Materials.
AVEM Systems has provided subject matter expertise, instructional design for master’s level online courses, and has partnered with community organizations, community leaders, university faculty, researchers, educators, students, and staff.
AVEM Systems has worked with valley schools and local colleges to develop drone racing competitions, nano-technology programs, robotics programs, recruitment and subject demonstrations, recycling challenges, physics based STEM learning, reading initiatives, chemistry based STEM learning, and youth workforce development. As a member of several consortiums and collaborations, AVEM Systems has been a part of the development and administration of early childhood reading programs, social services referrals, youth sports initiatives, and professional development.
Future Game Plan, A Youth Education Program
Future Game Plan is a subsidiary of Avem Systems that provides youth with the resources and information necessary to make informed decisions about their future and assists them in thoughtfully planning for that future.
Some youth are fortunate enough to have meaningful conversations with parents, teachers, and other mentors that help shape and inform the choices they will make regarding their futures. Others have not had any conversations about their futures. Many have their futures planned for them, which may or may not be a welcomed situation. As a result, many students graduate from high school without a plan for what comes next. Or with a plan they’re not quite happy with.
The Future Game Plan allows students/youth the opportunity to gain knowledge about topics they may not have discussed with their families, teachers, or mentors. Provides resources for understanding what to expect when you’re applying for colleges, understanding the various options for attending college, and options for those who want to immediately join the workforce or start their own business.
Future Game Plan Academy:
Explores options available to youth planning their life after high school
Provides a step by step system for developing effective easy to follow goal plans to keep them organized.
Guides youth through the steps of choosing a major, going to college and getting financial aid
Provides personal stories, through video, from industry professionals, professional athletes, and current college students.
